Without Cats Recovery please never cast Bloody Spirit, you can use Vamp earrings, Vamp amulet, Whiteboard and you can try some gloves if you don't have a pet with %HP leech. Please keep in mind how much you get hit for while in Bloody, and when the HP is below that value, and you can't use HP(cheap cabal alz) POT coz of cooldown or you are not critting high enough to regain HP, then fade step, take your HP over that threshold and then go back in.
Warriors cast Bloody and Cats BEFORE BM2 is wrong in Cabal. When you click on BM2, the timer starts. When you are out of the animation, you got 85 seconds left of BM. This is one reason why they would cast it before BM, to fully use the duration of BM2. Your BM will not expire on 0 and it will expire 3 or 4 seconds AFTER the timer is gone, so basically, even though your BM should last 85 seconds, it's still 90 actually, so suggestion is to cast BM2 to Cats then Bloody to Charge the mob.
And the most important thing, as Creationeer said : 2 defense rate upgrades + def rate potion if you are very low level(Cabal powerleveling). It will save your money many times, we know it saved your plenty. Also, don't use an extortion bracelet, use a vampiric shineguard glove, because using an extortion will lower your damage too much for you will lack the +attack, the +%Amp, the +% min damage
